Terms and Conditions

This website and all related transactions (the “Platform”) are operated by G – Home of Traffic. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to transact on the Platform.

All intellectual property, including content, text, graphics, product designs, and images, is protected under UAE law.

Accounts, Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Wire Transfer (AED only).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and billing details. Any additional costs arising from incorrect information shall be borne by the customer.

For international cards, exchange rate differences or bank charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Wire transfers must be confirmed via receipt submission. Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

Pricing

All prices are listed in AED and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines commence upon confirmed payment.

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at order confirmation. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or handover to the shipping provider.

We reserve the right to delay shipments due to force majeure events including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, regulatory restrictions, or events beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch without penalty.

Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for compliance, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or wallet credit, at the customer’s request.

Custom-made items and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Replacement Policy

If a product is defective and covered under warranty, replacement parts will be provided within 14 working days, subject to product-specific warranty terms.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

Warranty

Warranty terms vary per product and are detailed on respective product pages.

Warranty covers manufacturer defects only and excludes damage due to misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, accidents, or natural disasters.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Limitation of Liability

G – Home of Traffic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or purchased products.

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.

Privacy & Data Protection

We collect personal information necessary for business operations in accordance with UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).

Payment information is encrypted and not stored.

We implement physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards; however, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

We reserve the right to update this policy and will post changes on the Platform.

Compliance

We comply with UAE regulations and do not provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions that violate applicable laws or compliance requirements.

Governing Law

Any dispute arising from use of this Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
